while not the first of the series i finished, it was the first i sketched. i honed in on the idea of over consumption. we live in a world where marketing has built the story that we constantly need more. but where does what we have go when we are done with it?

practically every piece of plastic ever produced still exists in one form or another. being conscious of what is happening to our waste is the first step in creating more cyclical economies.

do you know where your clothes go when you’re done with them? what about your food waste? if you want to think even bigger, where does your country send it’s waste? (most ‘western’ nations export their waste making it another country’s - another people’s - problem)
